Its role is to guide an artist's career by creating opportunities, protecting the artist's interests, and building long-term growth across the entertainment industry.

What We Do
We coordinate every aspect of an artist's professional career, including career planning, contract negotiations, public relations, marketing strategy, brand development, scheduling, and business partnerships.
One of our key responsibilities is identifying and securing opportunities that align with our client's goals and public image. This includes booking live performances, tours, appearances, interviews, endorsement deals, media campaigns, licensing opportunities, collaborations, and sponsorships. We also act as a liaison between the artist and industry professionals such as record labels, production companies, promoters, agents, attorneys, publicists, and advertisers.
RLG helps to shape the artist's public identity, oversee marketing and social media direction, coordinate promotional campaigns, and assist in developing content that strengthens audience engagement and expands market reach.
RLG also handles operational and administrative responsibilities that allow artists to focus on their craft. This can include managing calendars, coordinating travel logistics, overseeing project timelines, reviewing financial matters, and ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
